In the event of inclement weather, Sycamore Run ECC will operate as follows:

Closings and delays will be reported on 101.5 and 91.3 FM, as well as on our telephone greeting - you may call the school (797-8969) any time after 6:30 AM to hear our current status. All closing and delay decisions will be made by 9:00 AM.

Generally, we will follow the emergency level system utilized by the State Highway Patrol:

Level 1 Snow Advisory - A decision will be made based on how many staff can make it to work. Parents should listen to the radio or call the school to determine our current delay or closing status.

Level 2 Snow Advisory - We are on an automatic 2 hour delay. We will either be open at 9:30 AM or close. The decision will be made and reported by 9 AM.

Level 3 Snow Advisory - SCHOOL IS CLOSED!
